At Kritika Murarka we ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Returns and Exchange of any Kritika Murarka product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.

  1. We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at [email protected] or call at +91 8697330386 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.
  2. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.
  3. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets andmobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Size Change
Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at [email protected] or call us at +91 8697330386.

Store Credit / Refund
We will be happy to (following a quality check) offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days off receiving the product(s) as per Kritika Murarka – Terms & Conditions. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment. If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note or refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy
Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.


  1. We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances since all items have been customized as per your request and post your approval.
  2. The product must be received within 7 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. We will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.
  3. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  4. The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.
  5. The returned good must contain the original labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you.
  6. All returns will only be on credit basis. A credit note/acknowledgment will be sent to your e-mail ID (to be provided by you).
  7. This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.
  8. If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.
