At Kritika Murarka we ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality
standards. If you are not happy with your purchase, please see options for returning or exchanging any of the items.

Returns and Exchange of any Kritika Murarka product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving
the product via email at sales@kritikamurarka.com or call at +91 8697330386 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). Your email should contain
comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested
for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that we may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an
alternate option / store credit / full refund.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and
mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

Store Credit / Refund

We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving of
products as per Kritika Murarka - Terms & Conditions. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment. If your purchase is eligible for a free return or
exchange as explained above, the credit note or refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
